By filling in this form, you can request removal of one or more search results containing your personal information (“right to be forgotten”) from the Qwant search engine.

If you would like to inform us of other content unrelated to a request to delete personal data, please follow the instructions found at this link.

Please fill in this form with the most precise and accurate information possible to facilitate processing, as it will be examined carefully by our staff. Please note that we will not be able to process your request if the form is incomplete.

When considering your request, Qwant is required to strike a balance between protecting your privacy rights and the interest of the general public in having access to the information, as well as freedom of expression and the right of third parties to distribute the information.

We also remind you that in the event of a positive reply from us and removal of links from the Qwant search engine, content may still remain available and accessible through other search engines, or by entering the URL address directly into the search bar of your browser. It is your responsibility to contact the person responsible for the websites concerned in order to request permanent deletion of the content(s) involved.

Your personal data is collected by Qwant (headquarters located at 10 boulevard Haussmann 75009 Paris, France) in order to process your request to be deleted from our search engine. Your personal data are transferred to our Privacy department and are not transferred outside of the European Union. They are not processed by an automatic system and are retained for the legal term of 5 years. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access and to correct it, which you may do by writing to the email address dpo@qwant.net and providing proof of identity. In the event of a dispute, you have the right to bring the matter before the appropriate national supervisory authority.
